Refund policy

Returns
We really hope you love everything about our products however, if you need to return your order we are happy to help. We accept returns for unused merchandise in its original re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To request a refund please notify us at theamaboutique@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return the product. 

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on earrings - unless they are faulty. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will of course replace items in the unlikely event that they are defective or damaged. Please email us at theamaboutique@gmail.com with details of any issues.

Faulty
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at theamaboutique@gmail.com and provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

Shipping
Please note the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense. If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise you use a signed for service.
